LYF Camp 2022 is open to all campers who have completed 4th-12th grade by June 2022. Early Registration is open from December 15th to February 15th. All registrants during the Early Registration period will receive a $50 discount per camper. General Registration is open from February 16th to April 15th. Registrations made on or after April 16th are subject to a $50 Late Registration fee. Registration closes on May 15th. Any registrations received after May 15th will be placed on a waiting list and added at the Program Directors’ discretion.
TACL-LYF adheres to CDC guidelines on vaccines and booster shots and reserves the right to update our vaccination policy in accordance with any new guidelines and information as they are made available.
Due to COVID-19 safety considerations, if your child has a conflict due to extra-curricular activities (graduation, recitals, etc.), you may pull them out of camp early for the conflict. Campers will not be able to arrive late, or leave and return to camp. Simply note when you are picking up your child in the “Additional Notes” section of your registration form. Because we would love all campers the opportunity to join us at camp, they are welcome to leave early if needed. Unfortunately, the camp fee cannot be prorated.
For families with multiple campers, we will be granting an additional $60 discount per sibling. This amount will be deducted from the total camp fee. In order to receive this sibling discount, campers must be direct family, and registered at the same time. The sibling discount only applies to early and general registration, and is not applicable to late registration.
We do not want camp fees to prevent you from attending camp. Every year, we have options for families that may need financial assistance. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if you qualify.
Cancellations made on or before February 15th will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between February 16th and April 15th will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after April 15th. However, for any cancellation that does not receive a full refund, the remaining amount will be saved as camp credit and can be applied to next year’s camp registration fee.
