LYF Camp 2023 Registration Policy
LYF Camp 2023 is open to all campers who have completed 4th-12th grade by June 2023. Registrations submitted after the registration period or after all available spots are filled will be placed on a waiting list. Campers will be moved from the waiting list at the Camp Director’s discretion if space becomes available
If your child has a conflict due to extra-curricular activities (graduation, recitals, etc.), you may pull them out of camp early for the conflict. Simply note when you are picking up your child in the “Additional Notes” section of your registration form. We strongly advise against pulling your camper out from camp early since each day is designed to maximize the overall camp experience, however we understand that important things may arise. Please note that the camp fee cannot be prorated.

Before February 16 | Full refund minus $50 processing fee per registration |
February 16 – May 15 | Full registration amount minus $50 processing fee issued as camp credit |
After May 15 | No refund or camp credit except in cases of emergency |
To cancel your registration, please send an email with your name and your camper’s name to lyf@tacl.org.
Camp credit may be applied to any future registrations for that camper or that camper’s siblings. Camp credit may not be transferred to other families.
