LYF Comics: The Check

Hi everyone! My name is Julia and I am the comics artist for the LYF Journal. I’ve been a part of TACL-LYF for about 6 years now—4 years as a camper and 2 years as a staff member. Ever since I can remember, I’ve always been better at expressing my thoughts through drawing rather than speaking or writing. While I will always continue to work hard on my communication skills, I am thrilled for this opportunity to create art that hopefully reflects Taiwanese-American experiences in an entertaining way.
