First Entry! Welcome to the LYF Journal. We wanted to create a shared space where we can engage with our community and explore what goes on in the lives and minds of LYFers throughout the year. It also gives us an opportunity to give you an insider look at many aspects of LYF culture, camp, and community.
To us, a journal is a record of life’s adventures—of the places you’ll go, the people you’ll meet along the way, the things you’ll see. It also creates a quiet space to reflect on experiences, sketch new ideas, and grow from what we’ve learned in our lives. This LYF Journal is not just our journal—it’s your journal too. Together within these pages we can re-live moments, learn something new, reflect on our Taiwanese-American identity, and share things that inspire us and keep us curious!
So join us in our LYF adventure, even share your thoughts if you’d like! We hope that this journal will allow us all to connect and build a stronger community together as we grow as LYFers.
